We have a strong focus on sustainability, respect for the environment and soil biodiversity, and we limit the use of chemical additives wherever possible. We use a natural fertilization method that stimulates the earth to produce nutrients and microorganisms which increase the level of microbial activity and improve soil fertility.
In the cellar
We follow a natural wine-making method to preserve the quality and characteristics of the grapes, avoiding aggressive techniques.
We only use endogenous yeasts and top-quality equipment, cement tanks and untreated oak barrels and clay. Our goal is to create wines that are an authentic expression of the land that produces them.
