Vinification

Spontaneous fermentation on its lees in refrigerated cement tanks, followed by ageing for 6 months in a French oak wood tunnel without toasting.

Tasting note

Fresh, salty, with a very mineral aroma, citrus with slightly toasted notes and fine notes of powder. In the mouth it is sweet tooth, fat, of medium texture, saline, presenting a characteristic aroma of grape varieties, citrus and grapefruit, and it ends with a fine and pleasant tannin.

Serving suggestion

Store at 10ºC to drink at 12ºC
